I know there is a specific section for eating out, but I don't know where to go and so can't be clear!!!

So, we're going to London tomorrow evening (Victoria and Brixton) and will have tea out and the following day brekkie and lunch.

What should I eat? Where should I go? I'm thinking it'd be easier to have an original day, rather than my usual green days.

Please help!!!

How about try a EE day and have a flexi syn day and its a special day out.

If you like roast dinners they are always great loads of vegs and just be careful with the yorkies and gravy.

fresh friut by the bucket load,

Fish starters

Heaped salads of every sort.

Brekkie .... big big omelette stuffed with mushrooms and , bacon amd toms.

Ooooh...I don't really understand them. It's taken me ages to get my head around green and red days.

So...what could I eat? Guess I'd better read up on it!

Thanks x

Thank you!!! :D

Both of you are very useful to "know" ;)

So, if I went for an omelette, I'd worry about the amount of oil/butter they cook it in. Would I just conveniently "forget" about that?

Thanks x

thats what flexi syns are about. You go out and have a good time, don't worry about a little oil on a omellete.
Remember flexi syns are not taken off the rest of the week or paid back.

The EE plan is great have your red and green and fill your plate with loads of free foods and enjoy.
