Hi everyone, I joined on here over a year ago. I am due to have weight loss surgery (the sleeve) on 21 December and would love to start using the site. Is there a specific bit where people who have had wls? I can only find the diets, ie slimming world, weight watchers etc? If there is, can someone please tell me have to get to the wls bit? Im a technophobe Im afraid. Thanks x
