Not going (Constipation)

How many get this problem on Lipotrim and what do you use to combat it?

Can it affect your weight loss? Like if you have constipation and you resolve it would it increase your weight loss?

I mentioned it to the nurse and she said she would prescribe me some Senokat to pick up tmrw. Is there certain variations you can use without it affecting Ketosis?

Have you tried Fibreclear? It's not a laxative but helps me enormously in that department. I take 2 lots a day in water.

Yes fibreclear daily is a good preventative or failing that senokat did the trick for me! As regards the weight loss i'm pretty sure that if you are constipated you will weigh 'slightly' more than if you were regular. Hope you find something that works for you...quickly x

I have just taken Senokot (never taken it before) and i feel uneasy - hoping thats a good sign lol.

I did try FibreClear once but not for long.

I suffered terribly with constipation from a week into TFR. Fibreclear made things worse for me. I took sennokot every day for almost 3 months. Not so good, but it was the only way I could ''go'', and I still struggled.
If you want a violent all dayer on the loo, I suggest Ducolax. That stuff is lethal, and the pains are awful :)

Poor pet, it is so uncomfortable. I take two psyllium husk capsules every day. These are a natural fibre supplement and you can get them in health food shops. I have never had a problem since I started on them. If you are taking a fibre supplement such as these or fibreclear you must take them every day not just when you feel bunged up.
Hope you get some relief soon.
