:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D After reading these posts I am really excited and motivated to be on this diet!!! I ve got a long long way to go but I think this site will stop me from getting bored.
I do not like water but I love diet lemonade and sugar free vimto, are both these ok?
also can anyone tell me any quick and easy food that I can lunch on, just found out about macrel in a tin (I dont mind cooking for our evening meal but just want quickness for me)
are any super noodles free?
also, am I right in thinking that 3 x baby bell cheese are just one healthy option? if so YUM YUM
thanks everyone

Any diet drink is free - I love having two cans of Diet Vimto after rugby - makes me feel like I'm being naughty for some reason!

Off the top of my head - as I don't have my book with me and I haveforgotten my log in details to the website - super noodles have a syn value.

3 x light babybel cheeses are one Healthy A

xx

Yay! You're going to love it. :D
All diet drinks are free, the low fat super noodles are free or you can get the normal ones and throw away the flavouring sachet and add your own spices/stock cubes and they are free, and with babybel you can have 2 x normal babybel or 3 x babybel light as a healthy extra.

My group also seem to live on the mug shots soup/noodle sachet things, which are all free apart from one flavour, I think the sweet thai ones? (back me up people!)

Hi, welcome you will definately come to love the SW plan

:welcome2:

1)Yes any sugar free drinks are free (I don't like water also ;))
2)only the the low fat super noodles are free
3)and yes I think 2 x original mini babybells are an Healthy option B
and 3 x mini light babybells are also a HE/B

I find Omlettes are a great option as eggs are Free Food also pasta and rice are good quick lunches. Jackets and Beans or free Slimming World Chips. Quorn Sausages/burgers...or munch on some chicken on a red day.

...also light snacks like low fat philedelphia on ryvita or alpen lights....muller lights for a treat.

These are just basic there are so many more options....take a browse around the site and be surprised at how much you can eat

Take Care xx :)

I find lunches quite difficult because i'm at work all day and although we have a microwave, it's a bit skanky and I try to avoid using it! I bring pasta to work most days with passata and whatever veg I have handy! The batcholors pasta n sauce are free and pretty tasty!

I usually live on pasta and jacket spud with baked beans or tuna for lunch! I make free soups too!

some one else did say that batcherlors pasta is free but not every flavor, does any one know which ones are free?
also is veg in a can free? ie; tined peas?
I ve got a terrible sweet tooth and dreamt up a desert ha ha ha!!!
do you think this would be nice its called fudge mess???....
quork cheese mixed with vanilla muller light and sweetend to taste with splenda. Get 1 or 2 (depending if its for one person or two) chocolate and fudge flavor alpen light and brake it up into the mix and eat straight away while the alpen is still crunchy.
(alpen light as part of healthy option) you could always chop strawberrys and use the summer fruit alpen lights too!!!!
xxxxx

try the quark whipped with a toffee options hot chocolate sachet and put it on top of the aplen like choco and fudge!!! for only 2 syns!

Re lunches, take a look at these...

Yes it goes all mushy and nasty!
But you can make it up in a food flask just before you're ready to eat using a bit less water. Pop the lid back on and leave for 10-15mins. It's not perfect and you'll need to experiment a bit with the amount of water but it's okay :)

Sounds like you're getting into the swing of things quickly!

I take Ainsley's cous cous to work (1/2 syn for all but one of the flavours) as I am out and about and normally have to eat lunch in my car. Pre-SW it was sandwiches and wraps or something bought at Tesco or the Deli. The Tesco Vegetarian Sushi is 1 syn which is nice for a lunch treat :)
