What is your day to start your diet ?

How do you choose a day to start your diet ? Some people go for Mondays because its the start of the week, some people choose a particular day as that is the day they used to weigh themselves if they did the diet before. So how and why do you choose your start day ?

Mine started on a Monday back in May but that wasnt for any other reason other than i couldnt get to see my CDC until the Sunday (day before) otherwise would have started any day

I re started last sunday the 29th nov as just returned from holiday the day is meaningless to me personally
