Hi everyone i started the CD last december and managed to lose abt 3 stones. i stopped in june and since then have put on 1 stone in weight.
feeling really down. i tried to get back on the ss a few weeks ago but found it really hard and gave up.
Going to give it another go tomorrow just hope i have the will power to last one day 100%.
im really good during the day its in the evenings i fail.
