I have just made some of these and they are in the fridge cooling as we speak. I cannot wait to try them. The smell gorgeous (and i licked the spoon and its tasted fab too). Can't wait!!!:sign0151:

I got a recipe for some of these from someone at group, but I don't know how many syns they are.

Can you post your recipe and how many syns they are please?

Doing this from memory but its short and sweet.

8 scan bran crumbled up (some people use Ryvita original)
I crumbled mine up in a mini blender.
1 tbp water
1 tbs syrup
4 tbs nutella.

mix together and divide into little cake cases - makes about 20 at 1 syn each....yummy.

That's great, thanks.

The recipe I've got is for ryvita but it doesn't mention water. I suppose my recipe would be the same syns then?

They are lush. I made them when I last did SW, using scan bran. Not quite the real thing but a good substitute.

im goin to make a batch of these to take into work over the christmas period so i dont have to miss out when everyone else is having lots of mince pies and stuff x

You can make them with ryvita original. I think the syns will be about the same.
