Would anyone know the syn value for mr kipling frosty fancies (xmas version of french fanices) Im pretty sure its 5.5 but would just like to check.Thank you x

The normal FF's are 5.5 syns each so wouldnt have thought the xmas version would be any different hun x

Yea must be the same,checked all the calories and fat ect for them both and theres onli 1 cal extra per cake in the xmas ones.Thank you for checking for me

Are they not the most gorgeous ???? well worth 5.5 syns but could easily eat whole box
