hi guys hope someone can clear this up for me .. i know you can have 5 laughing cow light triangles .. but what about laughing cow extra light how many of them???.
Also on a original day you can have 227grm jacket potatoe does that mean i could have it twice if i dont use any on bread or anything else???
hope you can help im a bit confused by this.

You can have 6 extra light.
yes you can have your HEb's twice - but it's not recommended on a regular basis as you need variety. I often do when I watn wedges with a red day

6 x laughing cow extra light = HE

You can have the same thing for each HEB but SW stresses that variety in everything is very important to sustain weight loss, so I wouldn't do it too often. Wouldn't having two jacket spuds in one day be rather boring?

so does that mean you could have 554grms of slimming world chips on a red day as 2 heb??
