I tend to stick to the same boring things when i'm dieting. - thought if we shared what we were having it might give others inspiration as to what to have for their 600cal meal.

yes i thought when i first started the diet i would have to have boring foods....
but nope!!!
check out my thread in the xenical bit (it might be a couple of pages down now....) and thats what ive been eating... ive not added anything for a while.. must get my bum into gear!!!
I have everything I've always had in smaller portions, sheperds pie, spag bol, fish chips and mushy peas, chicken casserole, sunday lunch to name but a few
