diluting juice

was looking on website for syn value as i know there are some that have one . would like to no if there are syns in the apple and blackcurrant squash made by spar (centra) the nutritional value is per 250ml

trace protein
0.5 carbohydrate
trace fat
trace fibre

could someone please work this out for me thanks x

I have just worked it out on sw web page for you and it is free, I always have robinsons sugar free squash apple and blackcurrant and that is free,
