Hi all im new to the forum!

I want to start a diet but im not sure which one would suit me,that's why i have joined up here looking for some help :D

I currently weigh around 200lbs and i want to lose around 30-40lbs.

Im currently going the gym because i want to tone up alot and get a 6 pack for next summer,so i have got like 6-7 month's to do that!

Can anyone recommend anything?

Hi welcome to the forum,
Have you tried any diets before? Do you tolerate all foods or you have some no go foods. Lets know so we can know how to help.
6-7 months is a reasonable time to lose that much. You can do it in no time. I lost 32 lbs in about 12 weeks.

I havnt really tryed dieting before...i do eat alot of crap though!

Mostly junk food and i know i need to cut that out asap!

Hi TipTop,

it really depends on what you can tolerate and what foods you do or dont like etc etc

with me i can eat anything except a few mingin things and trouble is i was eating too much of the bad stuff

i think that its very much in the mind

we all know what the bad things are but time and convenience sometimes takes over :(

for me i went for LIPOTRIM which is Total Food Replacement i.e. two shakes a day and just water/black tea or coffee

i did pretty well on Weight Watchers (42lbs in 10 months ) but then strayed after a holiday and went up by a stone or so

i have been for the last year maintaining a pretty level weight, unfortunately thats been at or around 20st...

since starting Lipotrim last wednesday i'm a stone down!!!

does sound a lot but its just the way the diet works

what i need to concentrate & focus on, after the shakes, is maintaining at the lower weight!!

we (my parter and I) have done a lot of the straight forward stuff like going from semi to skimmed milk, no goodies allowed in the house, sweets, chocolates, cakes etc and having wholegrain rice and pasta which again all takes getting used to but after a while you do begin to enjoy them

you still have to live and the odd treat is fine just not to excess!!!

phew, i've tired myself out now...zzzzz

all the best for what you choose, there are lots of options!!!

Jay;)
