Can anyone recommend a recipe builder?

I want one that I can add my ingredients, quantities, tell it how many portions and it works out the calories for you.

I use SParkPeople.com

Will check out yours too Jez! They are handy. SP is good, but as it is an american site some foods are not on it...so that one may be better!
