Christmas buffet ideas?

Hi
does anyone have any low syn / syn free buffet ideas as on christmas day we always have a buffet in the evening and for lunch on boxing day but cant think of any ideas
Anyone think of any? would be very grateful
They need to be for a green day and vegetarian.

cut cucumber into chunks about 1 1/2 inch pieces, scoop out the seeds but leave the flesh, mix 0% greek yogurt with some spices such as chilli powder, stir in some prawn, crab, tuna, whatever you fancy and fill the cucumber tubes with the mixture. All free on EE and Red days.
If you don't mind a bit of cooking, veggie mini kebabs are good, stuffed tomatoes with what ever filling you fancy, quiche without the pastry cut into squares. Remember a buffett doesn't just have to have the traditional stuff, you could do rice salads, pasta salads, or something hot like a chilli or curry. Sometimes something like that goes down well after lots of rich food. It can be cooked well in advance and frozen and just reheated in the ping ping so no work involved over christmas.

Do what we do and have a later Xmas dinner - we don't get up from the table until 5 or 6 p.m. and don't need anything else!!

Thanks for those tips Charlotte, have to do a bit of a spread on boxing day and was getting worried that I may end up having to go for the usual stuff and all high in syns
