Help, Go Lower or Diet Chef?

*Hi*

I've been struggling with losing weight for years now and this will be the first time I will be trying a diet where the food is prepared for me!*

So Go lower works out to be £110 more then Diet Chef for a 3stone loss so that's a big put off as I'm not rich and generally spend about £20pw on food!

The Go Lower food on the website doesn't seem to have harldy as much variety as Diet Chef.

However go lower seem to be very knowledgable about weightloss and all the diets out on the Market and provide support which would be a call a week to discuss how ur getting on!*

The diet chef consultant I spoke to didn't even know what ketosis is when I asked her and sounded very much like she just wanted to close a deal with me!*

I really don't know which one to go for or which one is better value for money so if anybody who has tried either of these diets could tell me their story of there struggle to lose weight and why they think there diet was the best I would really appreciate it. I would also be interested in the price u may have paid if it is different to what I have been offered

go lower are offering me a 16 week program to lose 3stones with 2months of full food and the third month just breakfast and snacks the last month of *just support and guidance all for £598 in one payment.

diet chef are offering me 12 weeks of food for £480. But this is full food for the whole three months! In two payments.

They both guarantee a stone loss per month!*

And to totally top it off I have been told by another company that the two companies go lower and diet chef actually get the food created in the same place and that they actually both put your body into ketosis! The only thing different about the food is the packaging and flavours! If anybody else knows more. Please do tell!*
Any advice or comments on ur personal experience would be helpful*

hello Binni, I cam only giveyou my experience of the diets.

I didn't like Go Lower, I found the food quite bland and not much to choose from.
Diet Chef is different, the food is tasty and lots to choose from.

the packging for the products is totally different so if they are sourced from the same place they must re package them.

I am sure that you will find people who prefer Go Lower and people who love Diet Chef.

Me I am a Diet Chef lover.
