Where to start...anyone used the tesco diet?

Hi -

I am struggling to find where to start, I have used weightwatchers before but not a massive fan.

I have looked into Tesco diets which looks good but I wondered if anyone had used the service and what they thought?

Any help would be really great!

tescos diet as in shakes etc??
if so, come over to the slim fast section, and have a read. there are a few people doing the tescos shakes.. and im sure you will be able to get any answers you want....
