HELP!! re: portion sizes on 1000

Are the portion sizes recommended raw or cooked weight? I figure the carbs are probably raw, what about the meat/fish? I cooked 175g raw chicken the other day and it weighed 90g when cooked, don't want to muck it all up by weighing wrong xx

Wow, I don't know, but I just wanted to say that your losses are very impressive... I'm kinda stuck in a rut right now and when I see the results CD can bring, I really want to hit myself on the head and say *stop messing around!!!!!*
 
Unfortunately raw although if its decent protein it wont lose much weight in cooking
