What are you wearing?!

No - it's no -it's not the opening line to a rude phone call!! Do you wear the same thing to weigh in each week? I have worn the same dress i wore to my first weigh in everyweek - except last night when i went straight from work - and despite only wearing a vest top and trousers - put on half a pound - despite a reasonably well behaved week.... down to the clothes or the diet?!

I wear a splash of perfume and a smile
(but then I weigh in at home!)

.......but clothes may make a difference- try weighing the dress and the trousers/vest top and see if it is a lot heavier!

I know it will all work out next week, but it is frustrating- when I weighed in at a class I always wore the lightest clothes possible!
xx

I wear similar clothes, a knitted dress or skirt and thin jumper.
I never wear my work trousers, they weigh 1.5lbs!! I dread the day I don't get chance to get home first to get changed.

As CP said, it will sort itself out next week but it is frustrating.

I do try to wear light clothing when i weigh in each week. normally consists of mt black work trousers which are very light and a vest top with a light blouse over the top if it or a jumper (which i whipp off for wi).

Ive worn something a bit lighter each week (in a vain attempt to boost my weight loss) so soon ill be wearing shorts and a vest - nice!

My consultant mentioned NEVER to wear jeans unless you wear them every week - they can add 2lb! A lady last week actually took off her denim skirt before weighing - braver than me!

I tend to wear light clothes, but make sure I take off any chunky jewellery I'm wearing - every little helps! :)

I wear a jumper dress every week now I'm back to work, god knows what I'll do when they become tents

Oh I try and wear the lightest clothes possible as I can.

Because I've had a couple of bad weeks I actually stood in my bedroom last night before the meeting with two pairs of trousers - one in each hand trying to work out which was the heaviest!! And then I repeated with the tops! How tragic is that???
:sigh:

i weigh in just my underwear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ps i do it from home lol!!

X

Oh yes! I wear the same brown linen trousers and a turqiouse t-shirt each week without fail - I even wear this to work if I work on a Thursday just in case I have to go straight to WI!! I'm also a real jewellery girl and this all comes off before I WI! I'm sure my class think I only have one set of clothes but until they get far to big for me to wear them I'm sticking with them!!! x

It's amazing the lengths some people will go to to edge the scales ever so slightly in their favour. I do the weighing at our class and some of the woman really do strip down to the bare essentials, they don't seem to care that I'm a bloke too lol

Always the same, nightie, at home. When I did go to class, we had a biker who always took his leathers off and weighed in shirt, boxers and socks, the socks were off putting the rest of him was pretty good.

Haha! I'm going to weigh that top and trousers to check it out! I did offer to take them off to weigh properly but was asked to refrain...!!!

I wear the same thing every week, a pair of leggings and a light top, last week tho I had a different top on and put on a pound ..would like to say it was to do with the change of the top ...but I doubt it lol

well I have had the same thoughts, we joined in the summer, light dress or linen trousers and top, now the windy blow is here slightly heavier clothes I too had a gain that week, but we have been told about jeans too, there is a lady in our group who arrives in leggings weighs then goes to the ladies and puts on her jeans,
It is difficult but we cant all go nekkie!! :D

oooooooooo i didnt even think about the weight of jeans ive worn them to the first 2 weigh ins may go in my legging next week i also had a fleece and a coat a hat and scarf and lots of change in my pocket but i removed all that first lol. My friend used to keep her trainers on when she weighed in lol

heheheheh!! I weighed in my posing trollies before, as I forgot and was wearing heavy jeans they weighted 3lbs alone. Anyway got a few laughs from the group. I always weigh in joggers and a t shirt.
