yeh the websites are showing 0.6g for 1 large egg.
i use medium eggs and usually just 2 per day for brekki and i
have been counting 2 carbs per egg!!! so i got that all wrong!!
So chicken, lamb (in my case as i dont eat anyother red meat), tuna and eggs are all no carb count? So we count the carbs of the seasoning or marinate?
