Well guys, another 2lbs off this week!! yay! Starting my refeed a week tomorrow. I spoke to my pharmacist about it today who's given me my instructions. I'm really nervous and excited about it. I'm mostly worried about getting too obsessed about it, and boring everyone to tears about my diet lol I am going back onto LT in Jan, i'm only coming off because of my sister's wedding on xmas week and i can't avoid the eating part, and more so the drinking part, so i have agreed to do this for her sake, it is her wedding day after all, but more to the point, i won't get through it sober!! my pharmacist said he was going to suggest a break anyway, so is pleased i am doing it, he did say to refeed for 3 weeks, well, its not full blown refeed, just replacing 1 shake a day for a week no snacks, then the second week staying with 2 shakes 1 meal and introducing snacks and then 1 shake 2 meals for a week, then replacing all shakes. He said to keep it simple, and follow a few simple rules and I shouldn't gain at all. I can't believe i've actually done 12 weeks, feels like barely any time at all!!

It sounds as though you've got a good pharmacist - I'm sure that's a sensible way to refeed and I hope you'll let us know how you get on with it! You should carry on losing weight refeeding that way (although maybe not at your sister's wedding ;) )

Well done on your loss this week and wow what a great pharmacist you have, wish I had one quite so useful and helpful hehe Good luck with refeed when it comes about, with his support you should be able to sail through it and thoroughly enjoy the wedding :)

Well done on your loss this week. Your losses to date are great. Sounds like you have a good plan in place for xmas. I think you are right to refeed given that you have the wedding to cater for. It is interesting that your pharmacist has suggestd a break anyway. My own GP has said that everyone should come off it for a month or so every 12-16 weeks if doing it over a long period. Yet, so many on this site seem to carry on for months with no ill effects at all.
I guess the professionals all have differing approaches to it.
Anyway, lots of luck with the refeed and hope the wedding goes off well.
