I didnt measure anything, i think to can just make this on your own judgement, for your own tastes, and make as little and as much as you like.

This came out quite nice and was very easy, defo one ill be making again.

1 Onion
Quorn chuncks
Garlic
Light Soy Sauce
Peas
Chineese five spice
Frylight
Dried egg Noodles

1. Chop onion and fry using frylight until tender.

2. Add in the quorn chuncks and heat through (i usually find adding a little water helps stop the onion burning and helps stop the quorn from sticking)

3. Add in crushed garlic (as much or as little as you like)

4. Boil the peas and then add to the pan with all the above ingrediants.

5. Drop the dried noodles into boiling water and add boil for a few minutes (or as per packet instructions)

6. Drain noodles and add to th pan with quorn, onions etc.

7. Shake over chineese five spice and also the soy sauce (as much or as little as like depending on flavour)

8. Cook alltogether for about 5 minutes and keep stiring to avoid sticking. (if you have a naff pan like mine lol)

9. Serve.
