Hi,

Could someone please syn this for asap as its for dinner and I am starving !!

Its called mayflower curry sauce mix and it per 100g

kcals 55
protein 1.1 g
carbs 8.3g
of which is sugars 2.0g
fat 3.8g
of which is sats 1.3g
fibre 0.8g
sodium 0.7 g

Ooh, I thiought this was more than 3 syns, probably is the amount i use!! I love it!! closest to a takeaway ever!!

This post is 3.5 years old I guess they'll have found it out now anything like this(with no free food allowance)can be worked out using the 'snackulator' formula of 1 syn for every 20 cals It's a vey useful formula to remember
