Hey all

As you know my sister - the infamous Sista Bliss, also did a VLCD whilst I did LL. She couldn't fit the meetings with LL into her work schedule and decided to follow Exante. She did fantastically and has lost 6stone. Exante have now featured her on their website as a success story and she will be in Bella magazine with the issue that comes out 1 December.

Have a look at her pics she looks great (lol I took her before and after pics and did her styling - perhaps there is a new career out there for me ) and have a read of her story.

I am so damn proud of her!!! Sorry to mention a competitors diet on here but had to brag because she looks so gorgeous!!

Wow - and so you should be proud and so should she. She looks absolutely amazing and no wonder the company want to show her off, she makes a fab advertisement of how this diet should work and her case has worked!

But then look at you as well - I am sure that she is just as proud of you and your achievements!!

I did look today and it was the November 24th edition they were selling so I got the latest NOW to read on the train. But will have another look tomorrow, if not will get it next week for the train on Monday!

She looks stunning! (You both do!) It goes to shows that it doesn't matter which 'diet plan' is followed be it a vlcd with LL, CD Lipotrim or Exante (or any other) or be it WW, SW, RC etc etc it is what 'plan' suits the person in order they can stick with it. You should be very proud of yourselves! x
