Anyone else find it fragile?

Evening. I'm about half way through my journey. It's been a slow one with an unsteady pound off a week.... And i'm scared that somehow i've cheated it off - and i've just got lucky at the weigh in and one morning i'll wake up and it'll be back on again!! Anyone else find this?

If it was just one or two pound you'd lost then that would be possible BUT you've done really well. An average of a pound a week is fantastic.

Last time I did SW I lost 3 stone. It sounds great but that was over a year so it works out to less than a pound a week.

You deserve a huge pat on the back. You should be as proud as punch with yourself as i know all of us on here are proud of you xx

hare and the tortoise? im also a tortoise...but its a marathon not a sprint, the goal will still be there waiting for us...see u there! :D

hello I'm a tortoise also. At least you are not putting weight on each week . . . now that would be bad news

Hello from another tortoise! I am also constantly scared that I will wake up about 7lbs heavier overnight...and then another 7lbs the next night!

lol, do you know what, i felt like that the whole way through? like some how i'l wake up, and get on those scales.. and i'l be back where i started.. like somehow i havent REALLY lost it, so it was all really delicate standing on the scales. . i realise how odd and crazy it sounds haha.

it passes! x

Hey I think we all have this. I have a recurring nightmare at the moment that I will wake to the wall of my house being taken down and me being fork-lifted out! I think I am watching too many of the "Body Shock" TV programmes!

Weight off - be it half a pound a week or 4 pounds a week - it's still gone! You have stuck to it and done blimmin' well hun - congratulate yourself that you are lighter now than you were at the start. Well done! x

Hi beccy babe

dont worry it just takes time for your head to catch up with your body. You are doing really well keep it up!

Well done from another tortoise!
It has taken me 25 weeks to lose 22 pounds but it's a great journey, so I don't mind.
I still have nightmares and wake up thinking I am fat again... and I do sometimes worry that I may have overindulged but that is getting less and less and I know I am on the right path and no matter how slow, even with a couple of tiny gains or STSs, I WILL get there.
Good luck, you'll do great!
