Breakfast - Slimfast shake (powder) and some fruit
Lunch - Slimfast (powder) and some fruit

I'm not going to claim to be an expert cuz I'm only starting SF tomorrow. I wouldn't say you're eating too much. But I'm not so sure about the WW meal-and I'm an experienced WW-er. They're not really very filling, there are probably more filling things you can have for a similar amount of calories. I did WW on and off for a year and a half and those meals never filled a hole!

I'd say you could probably afford about another 200 calories, iirc WW meals are about 300 calories each and the deserts are 100 calories each, a handful of veg will be next to no calories plus you're missing one snack, but if you're satisfied on what you're having then it's not a problem, if you're not satisfied, don't deprive yourself ;)

Id be so hungry if that was all i was eating! I started slim fast a week today and i have filled up on loads of fruit. For breaky i have a banana shake blended with a real banana, lunch ive been having x2 wholemeal ryvitas with tesco low fat soft cheese lightly spreaded on top, a muller light yogurt for my evening meal i have had jaket potato with a low fat filling. My 100 cal snacks are the muller light yogurt, i have a kitkat (107 cals) sometimes that is it but i never really go hungry. Also i am learning that when i dont think about food i can really last on so little until tea time... hopefully this next week will be even less hard work! xx

you do have to watch that you dont go over or under cals, and also being on alli, you do need to watch the fat content of foods...
but if you are full and satisfed then yes...
i would vary the diet though.. home made things are much much better than pre made foods.. but they are quick and easy, so i know why people do them... i have them on a tuesday night as i eat on my own.... if you are stuck for low fat meals, check out the thread ive done in the xenical forum called krystle (well mostly hubbies) yummy recipies....
ill post more as we do more exciting things... but we have been doing the smae meals over and over, as thats what we have ingredient wise...

I dont like cooking for one person and I hate wasting food if I cook too much so thats why I use the ready meals, plus they are low cal and pretty tasty :)
Im struggling with drinking enough water, only manage a pint a day plus any tea/coffee I have :(
I HATE the strawberry slimfast powder and am gutted because I have a whole tin that I bought the other day....the chocolate on the other hand is fab!!!
Im not getting any side effects from Alli, although I have eaten some high fat food over the weekend and still no effect. I wonder if they are so weak they wont help me lose weight?!

if you do have a high BMI (which according to "the rules" you need to have to get alli anyway, why not speak to your GP and ask about going on the full strength Xenical?
do you have a freezer?
why not make a normal batch of something (for example the dopiaza i think it is.... serves 4) and freeze 3 meals... would be better for you than packaged foods, with preserveatives etc in it all the time...
but if you dont have the room to freeze then its a perfectly good reason to get the ready meals as you go..
your about the only person ive seen that likes the chocolate powder.. lol.. my fave i think is the strab one but ive not tried the coffee powder one or the banana one. so im still yet to know about all of them...

Hope things are going well...

I'd say you could probably afford to eat a bit more tbh. If you're having a ready meal for your main meal then pile your plate high with veg. Have an aunt bessies yorkie pud and some gravy with the ww beef or chicken stew ready meals, the yorkie pud only adds an extra 60 calories but it makes you feel like you're not missing out.
If you're only having fruit as a snack you could probably afford to have something inbetween your shakes. If you're a big fruit fan have a a cut up banana topped with a toffee Mullerlight - YUM!!
