How much water are ya supposed to drink?

I try to have about 4 litres or so a day. Apparently much more than that can be bad but you should have at least 2l I think.

Yes Jon is correct. 2-4 litres. Yes drinking water helps with the withdrawal headaches and so much more. I only had to take panadol in day 5 i think other than dat i was fine. Just drink as much as possible it will become second nature very fast.
