Wondering how many syns a piece of b/day cake will be if I have some later?
It's a victoria sponge with jam and buttercream N icing. Thanks suzanne

Doesnt sound so bad but 28g of cake is pretty much a bite !!! Well done for avoiding, that takes serious choice power :)
 
yes that's what I thought, if I did I would only want more so had two big pieces of galia melon instead- lovely. A big turnaround by the girl who ate a whole leftover wedding cake in about a week. This diet is amazing though, my favorite saying at the mo is, "I can't believe I can eat this!" :woohoo:
