i used to.. but as ive now moved onto takeing dr prescribed tablets as well as doing slim fast, i dont worry with things like veg.. but fruit i do...
there is a book you can buy from most newsagents called the A-Z of calories.. good book...
or going onto my fitness pal, is another good way to track what cals you have had....
what i do is if i want soup is make big batches of lovely home made soup, and then make sure i dont have any mroe than 200 cals for the soup. instead of a shake (thats just what i do... you dont have to do that if you didnt want to)
