hi all
Not been around for a while as I've been sooooo busy at working away from home where I've not got the net!!!
Anyhow, just a quick update.....I'm still eating and I'm LOVING IT!!!! I was gutted the first week when I'd gained 2lb, but that came off the following week and I lost another 2 last week. So for anyone concerned.....please dont be!!
I've not been keeping a food diary but I have been very very strict with myself - especially as I've done a couple of Come Dine With Me's (with my neighbours) and I;ve eaten food which is DEFINATELY not healthy!!
The weeks after CDWM I've done normal healthy low fat eating and I've also done 3 days at 2 shakes and a meal....this is just to pull back and compensate for the amount of cheesecake and unhealthy food I've snaffled!!!
Hope everyone's doing good. Its cool to come on here again and see everyone 'crossing over' so to speak!!
