Well here goes....
Hi everyone, I'm 42 and have lived in Bournemouth all my life. I have also been overweight all, my life!!! I have been there and done it on most diets, herbal life, weight watchers, reductil, calorie counting, etc the list goes on. My most successful was losing 3 stone before i got married 15 years ago, With slimming world. I then put it all back on, married life for you... and more. Took it off again. Then i went through a sad time 18 months ago and put it all back on, with again more added. To add to my woes i have PCOS, which does not really help matters.
So here I am again, at slimming world and starting again. New hope, new dress size for Christmas and a new me!!!! Hoping also that the nice peeps on the sw forum will help guide me through the choccy times...
