I have just realised that I want to have four packs a day, as I know that this works for me - I plan to have a shake when I get up, bar at work, soup when I get home and another shake before bed. However, I have realised that I don't have enough packs in the Xmas pack to do four a day - now, three packs a day will mean that I am getting a nutritionally complete diet each day, but I know that I will miss something before bed and don't want this to be my undoing in any way. Could I add a milky coffee made with skimmed milk before bed do you think, or should I buy extra shakes, enough for the month?
