I know its early, but what happens when you do get to target?

As in, how do you maintain? Cos if I et to target and stay as I am food wise - surely I will keep losing or does it just stop when youre at the ideal weight???
 
LOL....I have a long way to go, so I will tell you when I get there.

There are quite a few posters who are at their goal and maintaining, so I'm sure someone will be along to help you with your question soon.

I'm not at target yet, but there's an additional booklet provided by sw once you get there! I think it's trial and error ie add a hex/ day for first week if you still lose add another etc etc :)
 
im not making a target, im just going to stop whe my body stops loosing weight, as its just healthy eating, so my body will stop where its meant to be if its not being deprived or starved. Then i will carry on the plan but allow myself the odd treat
 
Yes, when you reach target youcan have more HEs. It's a bit of trial and error finding out how many more you need to have to maintain rather than lose/gain weight. Some people however prefer to allow themselves a couple of days off plan instead, before returning to plan for the rest of the week. Again it can take several weeks before you find out what you can get away with. but you do need to be confident that you can go back to basic SW rules after having days off. You need to do what suits you and your lifestyle best. :)
