Well, I'm down another 4.5lbs this week! yay! have discovered fibreclear, well worth using that, its def making a difference!!

Well done on a great loss this week. You have a great loss overall so good for you. Glad the fibreclear is helping. Nothing worse than being bunged up. It is important to keep the bowels working so as to prevent us developing a lazy bowel.

Well done hun dats a fab loss. I never tried fibreclear on my pharmacist's advice wish i had now. Last 10 weeks have been a nightmare without going properly glad you found something that works for you. Careful not to use too much as this gives the opposite effect. xxx Good luck with the week ahead.

Fantastic loss! I like Fibreclear too. As a bonus I find it makes me feel full after a glass of water with a spoonful in.

Thanks for all your great comments, and as usual, your fab support. The fibreclear bottle recommend 1-2 servings a day, i find 1 serving is just enough, it makes me go every day now (sorry if tmi lol).
