Mum's house for dinner tonight

Now I feel dead fat and bloated!

Dunno why, I just had about 2/3 of a chicken breast, some veg, a splash of gravy and a yorkshire (which was nice and light as it happens). A few strawberries and grapes for dessert.

Bah, just feeling sluggish now. Maybe I'm missing my run; today is a rest day though so was supposed to go out tomorrow, but I'm being dragged into the office instead and it'll be late when I get back. Humbug :(

ohh I love yorkshires and gravy :) lol haven't had any for years though. Actually I am finding that people talking about food doesn't bother me and watching people eat doesn't either - I have the odd twinge of wants for bread but not very strong.
I hope you get to have your run at some point!

Heh yorkshires are a bit yum! It was the first one I've had in months, I allowed myself it as I increased my calorie intake on Thursday :D

I'll do back to back runs on Thursday and Friday (2 mile each), then a run on Sunday, 2.5 miles that time. So I'll make it up, but I'd rather not have to do them back to back. Hey ho.

I rather liked the description of your dear mum's cooking too!

And its nice to hear that you are progressing well x

not sure I could have turned down chocolate cake! I am an angel really :D

Hah! Well, she serves up a chocolate cake, or a cheesecake or something yummy every time the family is round, which is every Sunday and Tuesday basically. So I'm well used to turning down the yummy deserts :( Plus my mum has got in the habit of telling me 'there's fruit in the fridge' when asking if I'd like desert :D

Though there's nowt wrong with grapes and strawberries!
