Dilema

Ok here's the dilema.
I have just had my 3rd weigh in and lost 2.5, so thats 7.5 altogether, and now all I want to do is go out for a curry.

First of all, well done on your WI's so far! Brilliant results! :clap:

Now - why can't you go for a curry? As long as it doesn't sway you off track, then nothing is forbidden! xx
 
And why not go for a curry, have a veggie balti (green) or meat on EE with boiled rice.

It's all about planning, now go & have one & enjoy it, until you do it will just nag away at you :)
 
if you can be bothered cooking then the chicken, spinach and potato curry in the ee book is yummy and tastes just like restaurant curry
 
Well done - that fabulous so far. I'm a believer in marathon more than a sprint - go out for a curry - enjoy it - flexible syn it - whatever, but savour every hard earned mouthful. And get straight back on the plan afterwards.... Good luck on the rest of the journey! x
 
You could have a chicken dhansak and plain rice 6.5 syns on an EE day and absolutely delicious!
