Hi

I am struggling today. I dont feel like i am losing any weight and its getting me down. my clothes still dont fit and i have nothing to do or keep my mind occupied and Im not even hungry but i keep thinking about food its really annoying me now:cry:

its just really hard when you arent seeing any difference. Its hard to keep the motivation up and its harder to keep my spirits up. Im broke until 2moro so i cant go anywhere and im bored and feeling down. have to try and stop feeling sorry for myself

Hi Jayla,

You don't have any stats or info listed so we can't see what week you are on or how much you've lost so far/each week etc.
Assuming you are a few weeks in, if you have already lost weight, then I'm sure you will do again this week...when is your weigh in?
I'm not sure whereabouts in the country you are, but down here its a beautiful day and I'm going to get out shortly and take a walk and make the most of the dry weather!! Maybe you could do that too?
I'm on my first day so I really need something to take my mind off the hunger!!

Good luck to you......

Hope you stuck with it & are still moving forward!

I know the feeling - I definitely reached a plateau & ended up breaking it - such a big mistake, within days everything was massively tight & I felt like I was waddling because I was so bloated. & yes, it is often boring, I walked my dog twice on Friday, in the rain because I was so bored! It's a really tough one, but, it's totally worth it & you'll be so proud when you get through this :)

Good luck!

Hannah

Firstly - water!! Thinking of food- water! That way you're putting something into your gob!
Secondly, why not have a pampering bath, or do your nails or something that makes you feel nice within yourself.
For me it's a hot bubble bath and a good book.

With this diet you can feel static and that you're not losing but you absolutely will if you keep at it. I know! I've fallen off the waqgon so many times it's not even funny! So I am definitely trying to follow my own advice because when I know what's made it work for me and what's failed me. I've had small losses before and still lost inches. Give yourself time and remember your ultimate goal and why you decided to do this plan.

I hope you feel better soon. GOOD LUCK!

Hang in there Babe, its hard but so worth it. If you have been doing LT for a while you should be in Ketosis which makes things so much easier - well for most people anyways. It would be nice if you could get a ticker and/or stats up - its helps to see how well you have done so far (and for us too as well lol). I hope you have gotten over this blip and are losing tons of weight lol.

Just want to echo what everyone else has said. Chin up and remember the reward you will have when the weight has melted away!!!

If you feel like eating have a glass of water, i find that helps! I was told that most people have big loses then it slows to a small loss then back to a big loss! Dont let it get you down if you feel you havnt lost a lot one week because the week after you could have another big loss! Try not to look at it week by week, all the weight adds up and after a few weeks you look and feel fantastic!! :D

oh hun sorry your feeling down i guess we all have days or weeks like dat. you are losing ive felt like that for the last month or so but i still lost every week just keep in mind dat you will fit into your clothes in a few weeks sometimes it takes longer to see in your clothes than on the scales i know i lost near 2 stone before i dropped a full dress size. You will get there. Boredom is the worst but like the other said try do anything bath, read a book a mag dance around like a nut anything to get rid of the frustration you feel over not losing. xxxx

How are you doing today? Did you start when you joined the group? If so you're about 4 weeks in so you may have stopped having mega losses and I know how demoralising it can be to make so much effort and lose only a couple of lbs, but everyone on here is right - they still add up, and you'll probably have a decent loss soon, plus you really will start to feel different before long. I am in week 11 and although I still feel moody sometimes (!) I really do feel so much better in myself.

Be strong and take care

Jon
