im doing extra easy, just wondering if i can have JUST the healthy b's mentioned in the extra easy little booklet or the HEB's mentioned elsewhere? ta x

As far as I know you can have any HEb from red or green day.

there are updated ones on the slimming world site but you have to get the password from your consultant cos posting the pass is not allowed on here

can have hexb from red or green when following ee

The HexAs&Bs in the little book are just the most popular ones but as it says above anything that is a HexA or B in the main plan can be used on EE - and its worth checking the website too.
