SO HUNGRY!!

I dont no whats wrong with me im on day 12 and these past 2 days i have been so hungry! i just wanna eat everything i see, even if i dont like it!!! anyone else been like this? x
 
Yes oh yes yes yes! Week 2 and 3 i was starving ALL OF THE TIME. Cudnt flipping believe it coz everyone else had said how the shakes were filling them. But happiness week 3 hit and damn i was full and my energy levels went back to normal. I still have times were im pretty hungry but sometimes well most of the time its in my head. I have a cup of tea(hated tea before LT) or water and it goes away after a while. Eating food wont help it will make you feel guilty and horrible stick with it a few days of being hungry wont hurt you! I promise!

It does get easier to deal with hunger now i know wen im off the TFR (2days, haha)ill know just coz i feel a bit hungry doesnt mean i need to eat!

Stick with it hun and you will be so proud wen you look back and see what you have achieved. xxxxxx
 
I was hungry for quite a while when I started, but if this is new hunger perhaps it's more your mind telling you that you should be eating as opposed to physical hunger, as you must be in ketosis by now! I know that I feel "hungry" when really I think it's just that I'm particularly inclined to eat at that point in time.

Keep up the water consumption, that'll help & maybe go for a walk if you're tempted! Good luck :)

thanks girls, yeah i am in ketosis i think its just where i have had a hard day at work and im tired, my baby has 3 teeth coming all at once! blooming things!! i didnt pick at my OHs dinner which was what i wanted 2 do! the hunger has passed thank goodness. x

Thats great news you didnt succumb. Yeah id say your baby teething is making it all the harder but its hard even with lots of comfort food. You will be fine just stick in there and it will be a thing of the past. It never sticks in your head for long wen you see the amazing results.
