Hi all,

Last year I lost 3 stone on Lighter Life. I kept it off, bar 3 or four pounds, but struggle with maintenance. I think my biggest downfall is carbs, so have decided to cut down. I would like to lose 3 or four pounds, then use low carb as a way of life. I think it would suit me really well, especially now low carb eating seems to be much more than just meat, meat meat! I have been looking at the Low Carb Megastore and found all sorts of great things that I think will make it much easier than I originally thought.

As I only have a few pounds to lose, I was planning on doing a one week induction before going into OWL. Do you think this sounds like a good plan?

Sounds good to me Carla, remember though, those who have less to lose, lose slower in general. :)
 
Ah, ok. So should I do 2 weeks of induction to shift the weight? Do you think I could lose four pounds in two weeks?

If you're brand new on induction it may go in the first week Carla, but it'll be mainly water weight so we'll have to suck it and see love.

Aw cute baby Carla! Hey! I'm still on induction, on my 7th week now and have lost 12lb so far. Why not try a couple of weeks of induction and see how it goes. If you're really strict you will see good results but you don't have that much to lose unlike me who has 4 more stone! lol Good luck! xx
