Well, as I knew, Saturday was a very silly day. Went to watch Stockport County "play" Walsall. So was on the go all day, had way too much lager, and bad food (the pizza pod at the ground was tasty though... 
)
So, got straight back on the Atkins straight and narrow yesterday so hopefully I haven't done TOO mcuh damage.
It was a bloody good day out though. Despite the result :cry:
