I don't want to buy the wrong thing so what VLF natural yoghurts do you all buy? Looking in ASDA and there is a good for you one and a smart price one. Are any of these any good? really fancy fruit topped yoghurt for breakfast.

I have 'Longley Farm' low fat yoghurt, but I think it's a local one. How about a 0% Greek Yoghurt, they're so yummy

I buy Total greek yogurt 2% fat. Only 1/2 a syn per pot and its so utterly creamy, it's sinful!

if you have a morrisons near you their eat smart low fat yogurt is sin free (i hope!) and lovely with fruit.
