I successfully lost 3 stones on SS about a year ago, since then have tried SW and WW but have put baout half a stone back on :cry:
No have loads of Christmas parties coming up- basically something every weekend from now on and am really depressed about weight.
Now don't know if I should
1. try and stick to WW/SW type as it is flexible but is very slow
2. try to SS all week and just go off plan for the event
