I am hoping that someone from this fab forum is able to offer some advice. I have lost five and a half stone with slimming world so far which has made me feel so much better and healthier! The problem is I am not where I want to be yet, I dont have a specific target but still want to loose around two stone.
In all the weigh in's I have only gained three times (always after holidays) and only small gains. However these past two weeks I have come to a real stumbling block. I had a holiday week last week therefore prior to that I had a fair few days where my meals had a treat aspect to them e.g. chips, pudding (not sw friendly ones). This week I have tried so hard to get back to sw mentality but seem to be having a day where I follow the plan to the T and the next day where I loose will power.
For the first six months of doing sw I was very focussed and had fab losses, now as expected the weight loss has slowed but is still going down which is the main thing. I am going to class tomorrow but know I have gained which is making me feel down .
Does anyone have any similar expieriences or ideas on how to re-boost following weeks like this?
Thank you for taking the time to read!
