Hi everyone,
I have been on Cambridge up until now but my BMI is finally under 25 (need to update my profile info!!) and I was desperate to be able to eat with my family again, so I've decided to move over to Weight Watchers.
I do shifts at work so I decided the online membership would be best for me, but I was wondering if anyone else who uses the online tracker could give me a bit of help?
My daily points allowance is 20, and so far I had saved 1.5 points from previous days. I also earned 4 activity points so far. I had a couple of treats today, and so I went over my points allowance (have eated 25). But I thought that would be ok as I have the 4 activity points and the 1.5 saved points.
But, the points tracker says I don't have any points left to save for the day, it's basically saying I have gone over my allowance. Is there something I need to do to tell it that I've used my saved/activity points? Or do you just need to remember yourself that you have used these points and accept that the tracker doesn't seem to adjust for them?
Cheers everyone,
Nicola
