As I'm new to this would really appreciate any comments or advise

Yesterday:
Breakfast: 42g Weetabix Crunchy Bran (HeB ), 250ml 1% Milk (HeA) and Mullerlight.

Lunch: Pasta, Tuna, Egg, Salad followed by Fresh Pineapple.

Dinner: Chicken, Bacon, Onions, Mushrooms, Peas and Sweetcorn Pasta using 1/2 sachet Batchelors Chicken and Mushroom Pasta.
Followed by Stewed Apple and Peach with FF Activia.

Syns:
7 Olives - 1
1 Tbsp Low Cal Salad Cream - 1
2 Tbsp Extra Light Hellmans - 1
200ml 1% Milk - 4
100g Stewed Fruit - 2
Total Used = 9

Hi! It looks fine but your syn count is a bit out. The 1% milk is 2 syns for 100ml so you should count 4 syns for that. I assume you didn't use any sugar when you stewed your apples and that your pineapple was fresh? Otherwise there will be syns for these. Personally I wouldn't have pasta for both lunch and dinner so you could try including some more variety. :)
 
Really appreciate your feedback, I have adjusted my Syns, thankfully hadn't used all anyway so still within limits.
The fruit was stewed with canderel and the Pineapple at lunch was fresh.
As for pasta I don't normally eat it much as not a lover but my plans for dinner last night had to be changed due to timing etc for going out so needed a quick fix and yes totally agree the need for variety.

Today:
Breakfast: Bacon (no fat), Egg, Tomato, Mushrooms all cooked i frylight. Mullerlight.

Lunch: 2 Weetabix (HeB ), 250ml 1% Milk (HeA) Apple and Pear.

Dinner: Homemade Shepherds Pie - Lean Lamb Mince,Onions,Carrots,Peas served with Cauliflower, Brussels and Spring Greens.

Syns:
350ml 1% Milk - 7 ( For lovely Milky Coffee's :D )
1 Tbsp HP - 1
1/4 Schwartz Sachet - 1.5
1/4 Oxo Cube and 1/4 Tbsp Tomato Puree - 0.5
1 Tbsp Bisto Gravy Granules - 1.5
Total Used = 11.5
 
Not been on for a few days as Son has been poorly...got weigh in this evening so fingers crossed. Food for today:

Today:
Breakfast: Ham and Mushroom Fritatta. Pear and Mullerlight. 200ml 1% Milk 4

Lunch: 2 Slices Wholemeal Bread ( 400g Loaf) (HeB ), Ham, Salad, Mullerlight and French Fries 4.5

Dinner: Homemade Pasta Bake with Gammon, Onion, Mushrooms and Tomatoes. 1/4 Dolmio Cheese and Tomato Pasta Sauce 3. 28g Cheddar (HeA)
Choc Desset- 0% Greek Yogurt, Quark, Splenda and Option Sachet 2

Total Syns: 13.5
 
Time to bring this upto date a bit....having problems with connection so can's get on everyday :(

Thurs 26th
Breakfast: Weetabix ( HeB ) and Skimmed Milk ( HeA ). Mullerlight and Pear. Extra 200ml Skimmed Milk ( 3 Syn )

Lunch: Batchelors Beef Rice, Onions, Peppers ad Mushrooms. Boiled Egg. Activia Yogurt and Apple.

Dinner:
Mushy Pea Curry and Rice - Chicken, Onion, Mushy Peas, Sweetcorn, Tomatoes and Rice.
Quark, 0% Greek Yogurt with Options Choc ( 2 Syn )

Treat: Smarties ( 9 Syns )
Total Syns = 14

Breakfast: 28g Puffed Wheat and 1 Ryvita Original ( HeB ), 300ml Skimmed Milk and 1 Laughing Cow Extra Light ( HeA ). Activia and Pear. 200ml Skimmed Milk ( 3 Syn )

Lunch: Batchelors Beef Rice, Onions, Pepper and Mushrooms. Boiled Egg. Activia FF and Apple.

Dinner:
Chicken stuffed with Babybell wrapped in Bacon with Parsnip Crisps, Chilli Squash and Wedges
Chicken, Babybell Light ( 2 Syn ), Bacon, Potatoes, Parsnips, Butternut Squash and Peas. Quark and 0% Greek Yogurt with Options Choc ( 2 Syn )

Treats: Hi Fi Bar ( 6 Syn )
Totals Syns = 13

hi there, ive just joined this forum, i started slimming world 4 weeks ago and have lost 2 stone and 1 pound... altho xmas creeping up on me is a killer :(

Dinner: Lamb Casserole
Lamb, Onion, Swede and Mint Sauce. Broccoli and Cauliflower. Pineapple, Kiwi and Mullerlight

Syns: 3 tbsp Bisto-4.5
Small Latte-5
