Cannelloni

This is the recipe I had found, isn't that far from making a lasagne, except for the pasta shape and the spinach.

2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 stick (4 Tbsp) 50 g butter
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
500 g mince
2 x 400 g cans chopped tomatoes
450 g frozen spinach
2 tsp dried basil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
18 cannelloni tubes
2 x 500 g tubs four cheese sauce

Obviously needs tweaking because of the oil and cheese. Might be lazy and use a packet cheese sauce because I found one for 10syns and it will be shared between 4 of us. I'll work something out.

Do you know if the babybel cheeses can be used to make a cheese sauce?

I might try that but my OH is a fussy one and doesn't like cheese spread! I guess the lowest option is the cheese sauce sachet with a shared total of 10syns and then grate cheese on top for a HEXa. I may even just grate cheese on 3/4 and leave mine because then I can keep my milk allowance for tea and coffee. Can't live without that haha
