Hey All, Im currently 12st7lb. Iv just booked a holiday for the 9th of july 2010 and was jus wondering if it is possible for me to lose 4 stone for then? and whats the best way to go about it?
Hiya, thank you for replying. i wasnt reali thinkin about goin on any specific diet, jus calorie counting and eating healthy. But i dont know what exercise would be best. And also do you know if yoga helps lose weight?
