Please help me choose!!

I need help again! I am having a bit of a *durrr* day today.

I don’t really know what to have from this menu that’s the most SW friendly. I am planning to do as many success express meals as possible this week, and whilst I know this isn’t really possible when eating out, I’d still like to be as good as possible!

I still have 14 syns left today, as well as 1 A-choice (if I have an EE day) or 1 or 2 As and 1 B (if I make it a green day).

That’s the menu. Unfortunately there’s a £15 for 3 courses offer on. I am planning NOT to take advantage of that and just have the one course, but if you can think of a way I can have starter and dessert too, I’ll TAKE IT!! LOL! The light bites menu is only a lunch menu.

Thanks all….appreciate the help.

Oh dear, it's not ever so healthy is it!! Lots of cream on there :-(
I guess I'd agree with your wife on this one! Steak and jacket.
Don't forget on SE all starters and puds need to be superfree so I'd give them a miss too!

No, it's not! I think steak and jacket is my only option really. I was considering the veg casserole thingy but asking for no cream in the sauce. Or the lamb? It's not SE or anywhere near but...

What about the mushroom with stilton for a starter? Pushing it?! LOL! I am happy to skip starter really.

I thought I might have icecream for afters and syn it, as I've only ha d 1syn all day.

I thought about the mushoom and stilton as I bet you don't get loads of cheese, it was the herb crust - but I bet it's not too many syns.
It's the best bet and not a bad option!

I'll ask them what it is, but I bet it's herbs mixed with breadcrumbs on top of the cheese, which probably won't be that much. I sometimes find Stilton a bit strong, so what I might do is order that, seeing as it's a set price midweek menu, eat round the majority of the cheese and herb crust (ha, like I'm going to have the willpower!) and then syn my icecream! LOL! What a palarver!

Check how they cook the steak and the jacket. In wetherspoons this option comes out at something like 40 syns as they coat the jackets with oil to bake them and the steaks are injected with fat to keep them moist xx

Nooooo!!! They coat their jackets?! I went in there today for lunch and had beans on jacket....and had the WP to say no butter.... and now it could be mega syns anyway!!! Grrrrr!!!!
