Slipping

Hi
I have been on Lipotrim for a few weeks and have lost 1st 8lb, this week I felt I was slipping a bit and began nibbling. I also had a couple of glasses of wine which made me feel really awful. I am looking for some encouragement as I have a long way to go.

You have come to the right place then. Any time I feel like cheating I log on here and reading these posts puts me back on track. You have done great already so keep up the good work xxx

Ok so you have had a slip - you are only human.

However you must put it behind you now and refocus yourself.

Remember why you started this in the first place, think of all the effort you have done so far, think of all the money you have spent getting there. Imagine your new figure and all the new clothes you can get, think of all the compliments on your loss so far that you have had.

Come on here for inspiration and you will soon be back on track.

You have done really well so far. Well Done :D

Just put the slip ups behind you! think about why you began nippling in the first place its a difficult thing to do to look at your own habits but i think its very important in this process. You can do this look at all you have lost its just amazing and there is light at the end of the tunnel.

You will be fine just get back on the shakes put away the wine and the nipples they can be part of your life again (in moderation) wen you have gotten to your goal. its only a few months of your life and it really flies by!

Good luck getting back on the horse. xxxx

i believe that drinking alcohol while in ketosis is really dangerous so be careful hun.
next time u feel like eating/drinking remember why ur doing this diet and what u wana see when u look in the mirror.
i couldve cheated so many times but resisted. in 9 weeks ive eaten for only 1 day that was my birthday. now im 2lbs from goal and so glad i stuck to it. love fitting into every item of clothing i try on. most in a size 12.

good luck sticking to it hun and for getting to goal

x x

Don't do it, i did 3 weeks and lost 18lbs...I slipped well and truely off that 3rd week and am back to sq one (i think) I feel terrible it really isn't worth it! You've come thru the worst and don't want to have to restart...please read about drinking alcohol thread...it's very dangerous...apparently. Good luck x

Just want to echo what everyone else has said. You know you were wrong and now just get back on track. No one is a saint and it is easy to slip. Keep up the water. I find when I feel a little peckish that it helps a lot to sipp water for a while and it takes the edge off. You will be o.k.
