I've been following Atkins for 7 days now and according to the scales this morning I've lost 7 pounds!

(this may in part have something to do with me being excessively heavy last Wednesday morning due to a wine and nachos binge on the Tuesday night )

I'm not sticking to induction 100% - I drank a fair amount of wine over the weekend! - but it seems to be working so far....

Great Caz and keep up the good work. Don't get discourage if you don't lose as much going into the next week. Just keep on hanging in there the weight will come off

Thanks for all the encouragement guys!

I will be delighted with another pound off next week and over the moon if I could shift 2. I know I won't lose 7 every week.

Besides, I have another boozy weekend coming up... hic!
